We believe how our pupils dress is important and believe that wearing school uniform brings a positive approach to school ethos. We encourage all pupils to be smart in appearance by wearing school uniform each and every day.

TGS Promoting Positive Behaviour Policy
Good behaviour is essential if The Gordon Schools is to meet its aims. It is central to our ability to go about daily business in a manner that recognises that the school is a community based on trust, involving the mutual respect of pupils, staff and parents. Our behaviour policy has just been updated and along with the policy HERE you can also view the Powerpoint presentation which was shared with our pupils/staff.
Ours school Visions of Together, Growing and Succeeding is at the core of promoting respect and safeguarding qualities for everyone in The Gordon Schools. This is supported in law by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and the Equalities Act (2010). We are committed to ensuring that our School makes a positive difference in the lives and outcomes of pupils and their families as a result of their experiences. Furthermore, that they are protected from violence, abuse and discrimination to allow them to thrive and flourish.We aim to work towards ‘Rights Respecting Award Bronze’ status during session 2023-24,as a part of supporting the rights and equity for all protected groups in our School.
